Red BackOne " SEAR-System"

"SPEED-EFFICIENCY- ACCURACY- REPETITION"

SEAR  is an acronym that we designed to highlight to shooters the continuing evolution of training. Regardless of how good of a shooter you are there's always room for improvement, we call it the Warfighter Proficiency Cycle. In order to become tactically proficient at any skill, you need to balance these four principles of the cycle, Speed, Efficiency, Accuracy and Repetition. Combat shooting has two areas of proficiency, these are gun handling skills and marksmanship fundamentals. The shooter first needs to become proficient at both of these areas before SEAR begins. After receiving training in these areas the shooter can now hone these skills and train them individually using SEAR. --Jason Falla
